UAV Management System does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided data and is not responsible for decisions made based on such data.

5. Safety & Compliance

UAV Management System is intended as a support tool only.

It does NOT replace:

• Certified maintenance procedures
• Regulatory compliance requirements
• Operational safety protocols

Users must ensure full compliance with all relevant aviation authorities, safety regulations, and standards (including but not limited to organizational procedures and applicable international standards).

6. System Availability

While UAV Management System aims to provide high availability and reliability, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Immediate availability of all features

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAV Management System shall not be liable for:

• Operational failures
• Loss of data
• Flight incidents
• Maintenance errors
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

The use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

8. Data Security

However, no system is completely secure. Users acknowledge that:

• Data transmission over networks carries inherent risks
• Security breaches may occur despite safeguards

Users must follow best practices for account and data security.
