1. Introduction
UAV Management System is a digital platform designed for the management, tracking, and documentation of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations, maintenance activities, and related data. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform.
By accessing or using UAV Management System, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
2. Authorized Use
Access to UAV Management System is restricted to authorized users operating under approved organizations.
Users agree to:
- Use the platform solely for legitimate operational, maintenance, and documentation purposes
- Comply with all applicable aviation regulations and safety standards
- Follow internal organizational procedures and authorizations
Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities performed under their account
- Immediately reporting any unauthorized access or security breach
UAV Management System is not liable for damages resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.
4. Operational Data & Accuracy
The platform stores operational and maintenance-related data, including but not limited to:
- Flight logs
- Maintenance records
- Component tracking
- System alerts
Users are responsible for ensuring that all data entered is accurate, complete, and up to date.
UAV Management System does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided data and is not responsible for decisions made based on such data.
5. Safety & Compliance
UAV Management System is intended as a support tool only.
It does NOT replace:
- Certified maintenance procedures
- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Operational safety protocols
Users must ensure full compliance with all relevant aviation authorities, safety regulations, and standards (including but not limited to organizational procedures and applicable international standards).
6. System Availability
While UAV Management System aims to provide high availability and reliability, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Immediate availability of all features
Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAV Management System shall not be liable for:
- Operational failures
- Loss of data
- Flight incidents
- Maintenance errors
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
The use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
